About CMAI.
Critical Minerals Americas Inc. (CMAI) is built on a foundation of rigorous historical science and deep community integration. We are capitalizing on more than $12 million of prior exploration, drilling, and metallurgical research conducted on the property between 2007 and 2014.
Our midstream processing concepts are significantly de-risked by extensive historical bioleaching test work, which was successfully demonstrated by the Government of Canada, the Province of Alberta, and leading international agencies.
Furthermore, CMAI is deeply committed to inclusive, responsible development; our primary geological consulting partner, APEX Geoscience, brings over 25 years of specific property experience and is 51% owned by the Fort McKay First Nation.

Our Approach
Led by an executive team with decades of international corporate, technical, and regulatory expertise, Critical Minerals Americas Inc. (CMAI) brings seasoned execution to Canada's critical mineral supply chain.
Our leadership possesses deep, long-standing ties to the property, having directly overseen previous advanced exploration and a historical Preliminary Economic Assessment of the deposit. Operating in a Tier-1 jurisdiction with established permitting frameworks , our operations benefit from exceptional local infrastructure located just 120 kilometers from Fort McMurray. By pairing this strategic geographical advantage with a seasoned management team, CMAI is uniquely structured to execute rapidly and secure North America's critical mineral supply chain.
