CRITICAL MINERALS AMERICAS INC.
Powering North America's advanced industries through sustainable, large-scale critical mineral development and midstream bioleaching in Alberta.
ABOUT
CRITICAL MINERALS AMERICAS INC.
CMAI is built on a foundation of rigorous historical science and deep community integration. We are capitalizing on more than $12 million of prior exploration, drilling, and metallurgical research conducted on the property between 2007 and 2014. Our midstream processing concepts are significantly de-risked by extensive historical bioleaching test work, which was successfully demonstrated by the Government of Canada, the Province of Alberta, and leading international agencies. Furthermore, CMAI is deeply committed to inclusive, responsible development; our primary geological consulting partner, APEX Geoscience, brings over 25 years of specific property experience and is 51% owned by the Fort McKay First Nation.

Innovating with SUSTAINABILITY
Our company not only offers valuable critical metals but also enables environmentally beneficial processes. We are determined to present strong opportunities to demonstrate industrial symbiosis, where industries work collaboratively to share resources and reduce waste, helping advance a Circular Economy for Alberta.
Overview
Critical Minerals Americas Inc. (CMAI) is advancing the development of long-term domestic supplies of critical minerals and rare earth elements. Our mission is to fuel allied automotive, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors by offering a secure, domestic alternative to highly concentrated foreign supply chains. CMAI’s approach aligns upstream resource development with midstream processing to establish a sustainable, vertically integrated model for the energy transition.
The Asset
We hold a 100% interest in the 46,666-hectare SBH Project in Alberta, representing one of the largest known accumulations of recoverable critical minerals and rare earth elements in North America.
The Resources
The project features a massive conceptual exploration target of mineralized black shales, containing highly sought-after elements including lithium, scandium, nickel, and heavy rare earths.
The ESG Advantage
Our planned operations champion industrial symbiosis. The project's bioleaching processes offer unique environmental benefits, including the targeted consumption of industrial waste sulfur and CO2, alongside the potential generation of excess hydroelectricity.
